Cooling pad is made of corrugate fiber paper by special chemical treatment,corrosion resistant and long service life. Water evenly covers the surface of paper curtain. Under the negative pressure formed by the opposite ventilator outdoor air gets through the wet sreens, achieving the purpose of cooling . Fine infiltration and water absorption to ensure the same temperature in the house. Our company have several kinds of the materials of the outer frame including aluminium alloy, galvanize board, PVC and galvanized iron in order to meet different requirements of different customers. Besides, customers have different need of the thickness of the cooling pad, so we provide two styles:10cm&15cm with the corresponding frames.

Water absorbing: cooling pad keeps a good ability of water absorbing and avoids the production of bead on the surface by special formula and technical disposal. Instant drying: when water stops running, the protecting velum on the surface will dry rapidly. Consequently, microorganism and algae on its surface can be killed. Without micro hole: algae can be prevented in its inner part and falls off from the surface when drying.

the required air volume and the cooling pad area for a greenhouse is calculated as follows:
suppose:the dimension of the greenhouse: 125*40=5000 sq.m
Intensity of solar radiation outside:900 walt/sq.m
Shade rate:50%(intensity of solar radiation inside is 450 walt/sq.m)
Air volume:=5000*225=1,125,000(cubic meter/hour)=312.5(cubic meter/second)
Cooling pad area:312.5÷1.5=208.3(square meter)
That Is to say it need to install at least 208.3 sq.m cooling pad .
Installed along the side wall of the greenhouse a long 125,height 1.8m cooling pad,it’s area is 125*1.8m=225(sq.m).the cooling pad should be Mounted on the side facing the wall of dominant wind direction in summer,while Leeward side of the wall fan installation.

The evaporative cooling pad: consists of specially impregnated and corrugated cellulose paper sheets with different flute angles, one steep (60 deg) and one flat (30 deg) that have been bonded together. This unique design yields a cooling pad with a high evaporation efficiency while still operating with a very low pressure drop. In addition scaling is kept to a minimum and no water carryover occurs due to the fact that the water is directed to the air inlet side of the pad. This is where most of the ration takes place.
Cooling pad paper:it has high intensity structure,corrosion resistant,long service life.(MH cooling pad paper is from the Kiamusze City,thickness:100gsm,Width 600mm,7090,we use 84-88 pc paper.5090,about 120pcs paper).
The impregnation procedure:the cellulose paper ensures a strong self supporting product, with high absorbance, which is protected against decomposition and rotting and therefore increasing longevity.
The distribution pad: constitutes a vital part of a complete system and should always be ordered in combination with MH evaporative cooling pads. Placed on top of the cooling pad it ensures a uniform supply of the water to the cooling pad and minish the risk of dry spots.
One side black coating treatmeant:1)It is a tough and resilient optional edge treatment applied to the air entering face of our cooling pad. It has been formulated to withstand repeated cleaning without damaging the pad.
2)Blacking coating cooling pad is nonporous and quick drying. It prevents algae and minerals from anchoring themselves into the substrate of the pad, so they fall off when dried. 3)it also protects the cooling pads from the damaging effects of severe weather and long term exposure to UV light.
The black/green protective edge coating extends the life of the pad over that of non-treated pads.
